I was lucky enough to catch Schoolism‘s kickstarter and signed up for a years worth of classes. I’ll be posting my work as I go through as many classes as I can in a year.

Here’s the very first semi-assignment. Study shapes and masses of a frog and then paint it. I didn’t bother too much about the fiddly toes and details in this one, but wanted get a feeling of painting in a new way.

 

(Note: I added the crown just for fun)
